Vault Hill, a company specializing in blockchain, immersive technology, and artificial intelligence (AI), has formed a strategic alliance with NigComSat (Nigerian Communications Satellite Limited), Nigeria’s government-operated satellite service provider, with the aim of enhancing its customer support capabilities.
To align with NigComSat’s unique brand identity, Vault Hill has tailored its AI-driven virtual assistant, named Hillda, to create a new chatbot called “Ayesha.” This chatbot was recently unveiled to the public.
The company, established in 2021 by the Nigerian technology entrepreneur Jimi Daodu, leveraged its in-house AI technology and expertise in immersive experiences to develop Ayesha.
Ayesha stands out as an advanced AI virtual companion, equipped with an engaging avatar-based chatbot interface, and is designed to offer round-the-clock customer assistance. This breakthrough is anticipated to revolutionize the way NigComSat interacts with its customers and delivers services.
Vault Hill asserts that the introduction of the Ayesha chatbot is aligned with the strategic objectives set forth by the Nigerian Ministry of Communications, Innovation, and Digital Economy, led by Minister Dr. Bosun Tijani. The ministry’s ambitious plan includes the creation of 50,000 AI-related jobs by the year 2030 and the training of three million technical professionals, an initiative referred to as #3MTT.
Jane Nkechi Egerton-Idehen, the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of NigComSat, expressed her enthusiasm about the collaboration with Vault Hill. She emphasized that this partnership underscores NigComSat’s dedication to innovation, customer satisfaction, and playing a central role in the advancement of Nigeria’s digital economy.
Vault Hill’s CEO, Jimi Daodu, views the launch of Ayesha as just the first step in a broader vision. He anticipates that Vault Hill’s AI-powered solutions will not only elevate customer service experiences but also make a substantial contribution to job creation and the nurturing of technical expertise in Nigeria and potentially in other regions as well.
