    The shortcomings of Samsung S6

While the world raves about the Samsung S6 and the Samsung S6 Edge, and rightly so, Samsung fans might be overlooking some crucial points that will be huge turn offs to every Samsung faithful. These points broke my heart as well. Here are my top 3.

    No Expandable Memory

While microSDs are getting so powerful that they make phone storage on par with a modern computer, Samsung saw it fitting to join the bandwagon of phones like the Apple iPhone and Microsoft Lumia to cancel the miniSD slot. This is coming just after SanDisk announced a 200GB microSD.

However, not many will be peeved as Samsung has offered compensation in the form of 32GB, 64GB, and 128GB variants of the device. Samsung revealed to Gizmodo that most smartphone owners only use about 20GB of their smartphone, anyway, and the on-board memory is faster

    No Replaceable Battery

Every Samsung user has been in a scenario when the phone gets overworked and freezes. After some hours (more like seconds), the only fix is to do a hard reset by removing and replacing the battery. There is also a possibility of the phone battery becoming obsolete and needing replacement.

Well, no thanks to Samsung’s upgraded super sleek design, this might not be possible anymore. The new S6 in encased in two panes of glass on the front and the back. That glass panel on the back of the phone means you can’t pop out the battery.

    Exorbitant Cost

Even iPhones known for their pricy costs, are usually below $1000 but Forbes is alleging that the Samsung S6 and the S6 Edge will be well above a thousand bucks.

This is going to be double the price that the S4 and S5 went for when they were released two years and a year ago respectively.
