The iDEA is a simple one, to help Nigerian entrepreneurs create successful businesses.
Founded in 2013, Information Technology Developers Entrepreneurship Accelerator (iDEA) is a not-for-profit organization whose primary purpose is to accelerate the development of the software industry in Nigeria by nurturing and helping Nigerian software technology businesses.
iDEA provides essential support to entrepreneurs to build software skills, solutions and businesses critical to their success.
Entrepreneurs accepted into iDEA Centres receive support in the way of physical work space, shared facilities, training, mentoring and access to capital.
iDEA would be launching with four developers sessions facilitated by Google, Blackberry, Microsoft and Nokia.
1. Google Developers Session (19th April)
How to build an Android App With HTML5 in one hour Handled by Femi Taiwo, the Manager of the Lagos Chapter of the Google Developer Group. This will also include a hands on session.
2. Blackberry Developers Session (19th April)
