Microsoft isn’t Bothered if You Download The Leaked Windows 10 Build

You might think Microsoft would be upset about a new version of  Windows 10  that got leaked online this weekend, but it turns out the company actually doesn’t mind about this. In fact, it kind of seems to be good news to them. The new leaked Operating System confirmed the  rumored integration with Cortana, Xbox app and more.

Responding to one Microsoft fan on Twitter, engineering general manager Gabriel Aul acknowledged that the company doesn’t mind people trying out the latest Windows leak but he still prefers we all stick to the official build, of course it is advisable to stick to the official build.

@blackroseMD1 How could we be upset about lots of people wanting to try our new stuff? We'd prefer you stick to official builds though 😊

Before you rush to download the latest Windows 10 leak, there is one thing you should know. A bug in the new build will make it harder to receive future Windows Insider updates moving forward, meaning you’ll have to re-install the entire thing once the next official update comes out. Aul notes that this isn’t a punishment, just an issue with the leaked build. If that doesn’t bother you and you’re into that having an unofficial operating system run on your PC, well, feel free to check out what Windows’s got to offer in their new build.
