The process of scheduling tweets on Twitter is now possible and also easy. You no longer need a third-party app or to pay for someone to do it for you. Twitter now has a feature that, once you tap it, will put in the date and time when you want your tweet to go live.
Therefore, how do you do this? Like I said earlier, this will only take a few simple steps. First, make sure you have an account and all of your login information on hand.
On the Twitter App
- Go to the Twitter app on your Android or iOS phone.
- Double-check that you are logged in with the correct Twitter account.
- Compose your tweet. If necessary you can add any media that you want, like a picture or a video.
- Next, to access scheduling choices, click on the calendar/clock icon (which is circled in red above).
- Set the date and time you prefer, as well as the time zone, which is a useful feature if you need to figure out different times in different parts of the world. For example, by default, it appears as though Twitter will schedule a tweet for exactly five days in the future.
- Completed! Your tweet will be scheduled once you click on the confirm button in the top right corner.
On Desktop
- Go to twitter.com on the web or on a mobile browser on your phone
- Double-check that you are logged into the correct Twitter account.
- Compose your tweet and add any content you want to include, such as images, videos, gifs, emoticons, or poll questions, just like you would for any other tweet.
- Follow the remaining same steps as when you would on the Twitter App.
