ETISALAT Nigeria, the leading telecommunications company, has stepped up its customer experience innovation with the launch of its top class “Gold Series” experience centre in Lagos.
The company said the-new-state-of-the-art centre located in Victoria Island was designed to enable customers explore and experience the products and services offered by the brand in a highly interactive and exciting environment that stimulates the senses and educates the customer on what is possible with the brand’s technology.
It said the new centre showcase the latest high tech 3.75G-enabled devices in addition to the high-resolution interactive displays.
The centre also has an authentic Geek Force bar loaded with “Small bytes & App-etizers” apps menu where customers can ask questions, try out new apps and see how the latest mobile devices can enhance their lives when paired with the right applications.
It also comes with an in-store café.
Speaking at the unveiling of the centre, Enitan Denloye, Director, Brands and Communication, Etisalat Nigeria, said that the new gold series centres encapsulated the essence of Etisalat brand and brings it to life for our customers.
“The retail touch point is a very important “moment-of-truth” area in the telecoms industry. This is a physical centre where our customers come in contact with our innovativeness and get to experience what we mean when we say we are not just a network but an attitude.

Ogunwuyi said that Etisalat plans to open two other flagship centres later in Lagos and Abuja.
