Zoom and DocuSign have announced an integration which allows you review and sign documents within a Zoom meeting.
This is surely one of the outcomes of the COVID pandemic when people could not meet physically and most activities were done virtually. If people can hold meetings virtually, why can’t they sign agreements while having the meetings virtually.
Announcing the integration in a blog post, “DocuSign eSignature for Zoom enables organizations to reimagine agreement processes with virtual, face-to-face signing experiences that accelerate time to agreement – while building trust and loyalty.”
How it works:
- Install the DocuSign eSignature App from the Zoom App Marketplace
- Prepare and send your agreement via email or SMS prior to Zoom meeting
- Start the Zoom meeting with the signer
- Open the DocuSign eSignature Apps menu in your Zoom meeting Find your agreement in the right pane and select signer name
- Pass control to the signer and chat through the agreement details
- Signer completes all fields and signs
- All parties are sent a copy of the agreement
