Why would Jovago want to sue its former CEO, Marek Zmyslowski?

It seems Jovago wants to sue the former CEO of its Nigerian entity, Marek Zmyslowski. Marek stepped down as the CEO of the online hotels booking platform in October 2015 and was replaced by Kushal Dutta.

Though there was a ceremonial handover done, it seems that all is not well with the relationship between Marek and his former employer led by global CEO, Paul Midy. He took to Twitter to make this known

Though we do not know what the issue is but we expect to hear more about this pretty soon.
