It is not that he cannot afford to wear what he wants but you would hardly see Mark Zuckerberg in anything else but a dark gray T-shirt. He wears the same colour of T-shirt at most public events. Interestingly, during a public Q&A at the Facebook headquarters, he was asked this same question. Here is his response below, clarifying that he had “multiple same shirts;
I really want to clear my life to make it so that I have to make as few decisions as possible about anything except how to best serve this community. I’m in this really lucky position, where I get to wake up every day and help serve more than a billion people. And I feel like I’m not doing my job if I spend any of my energy on things that are silly or frivolous about my life
The Facebook billionaire founder also mentioned that numerous other influential people, like Apple founder Steve Jobs or President Barack Obama, have the same theory with regards to choosing their outfits.
Guess he has the money to wear what he wants to wear……..
