Watching the robots from Boston Dynamics dance makes you think they are ready to take over the world.

In the spirit of the holiday season and to usher in the New Year, the team from Boston Dynamics have released a dance video showing their robots dancing to the song, “Do you love me?”

According to the team, “Our whole crew got together to celebrate the start of what we hope will be a happier year: Happy New Year from all of us at Boston Dynamics”

The video has three robots: the humanoid Atlas, the dog-shaped Spot, and the box-juggling Handle. Atlas and Handle are still just research prototypes, but Spot can be purchased for $74,500.

Check out the dance steps in the video below

Hyundai recently acquired 80% interest in Boston Dynamics in a $1.1 billion deal. Softbank has the remaining 20% of the company.

Originally founded in 1992 as a spin-off from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Boston Dynamics was sold to Google in 2013 and then by Softbank in 2017.
