The first trailer for Logan has arrived and it feels… different. Wolverine is back and is more violent than. We get to see him and Professor Xavier living together in the desert far away from civilization. They’re older and weaker, with his abilities not what they once were; Wolverine has a diminished healing factor.
This trailer is really different from what we’ve seen in a Wolverine movie and it reminds me of the “Wolverine: Old Man Logan” comic book series. We also got glimpses of Caliban, wrapped in hat, scarf and goggles; as well as cyborg Donald Pierce.
“Logan” is directed by James Mangold, starring Hugh Jackman, Patrick Stewart, Elizabeth Rodriguez, Stephen Merchant, Doris Morgado and Eriq La Salle and has a March 3, 2017 release date.
