VUBIQUITY, the leading global provider of premium content and marketing services, has signed a three-year deal with South African Cellular Operator Cell C, to provide new and exclusive content and entertainment services throughout South Africa.
The deal encompasses a substantial linear channel entertainment bundle provided to Cell C via VUBIQUITY and their partners. The deal also covers the licensing and distribution of video-on-demand (VOD) content covering SVOD, TVOD and the latest EST catalogues.
The new content offering from Cell C will be available to anyone across any network in South Africa.
VUBIQUITY’s partnership with Cell C is currently the only solution of its kind and a true market-leader in terms of scope. VUBIQUITY will be providing a mix of premium linear and VOD content across all genres including premium International content, local content, Bollywood and Nollywood, and content from across the African continent.
