2020 marks Co-creation Hub‘s 10th Anniversary and ‘Bosun Tijani had an interview to answer questions on its past, present and exciting future.
Co-creation Hub (CcHub) was founded by ‘Bosun Tijani and Femi Longe and the idea came from the work both of them were doing in the UK where ‘Bosun was working in innovation consulting and Femi was working in social innovation.
CcHUB is Nigeria’s first open living lab and pre-incubation space designed to be a multi-functional, multi-purpose space where work to catalyze creative social tech ventures take place. The HUB is a place for technologists, social entrepreneurs, government, tech companies, impact investors and hackers in and around Lagos to co-create new solutions to the many social problems in Nigeria.
Over the years the organisation has carved out a new path for social innovation and has elicited interest from within and outside Nigeria. It has helped in the creation and incubation of over 90 companies like LifeBank, Riby, BudgIT, WeCyclers, Genii Games and many more
In 2020, CcHub extended its footprint outside Nigeria with the acquisition of iHub and eLimu in Kenya.

In his answer to the last question, “What are your hopes for CcHub’s 20th anniversary?”, he said, “Our 20th anniversary of CcHub, you know my expectation is that it’s not just an organization that supports in startups but one that is different, deeply rooted in research and development as well where our design lab will be known for, you know not only helping startups build great solutions but also uh you know coming up with great inventions that can help technology use society more smartly or even more technology solutions that can add strong value to society but also beyond that as well the dream that you know every company on the continent should appreciate the role of innovation and
