    Venture Starter To Train 1,200 Tech Startups At The 2017 Founders Conference

    More than 1,000 startups, web application developers and technology entrepreneurs will be trained at the Founders Conference organised by Venture Starter Nigeria. technology enthusiasts and other innovation-driven business owners will be hosted.

    Convened by Bunmi Jembola, the theme of the Founder’s Conference is Driving Change By Innovation and the keynotes will be presented by Akin Oyebode (Executive Secretary, Lagos State Employment Trust Fund) and Eyo Bassey (Founder/CEO, Payporte.com). Other speakers are Lola Masha (OLX), Fikayo Ogundipe (Tolet.com.ng), Maria Keshinro (Country Lead, Uber), Juliet Ehimuan (Google Country Manager), Adewale Yusuf (Techpoint.ng) among others.

    The objectives of the event:

    1. Having about 30 innovative tech startup founders pitch their businesses to participants
    2. Absorbing 10 very promising tech start-ups into our Venture Acceleration Program
    3. Connecting viable tech startup founders to willing angel investors
    4. Providing a one-day high-value training from successful tech-preneurs
    5. Creating a viable collaboration and networking platform for technology interests.

    The event will be held on Thursday, May 11, 2017, at Sheba Centre, Coza, Beside FCMB, Mobolaji-Bank Anthony, Ikeja, Lagos.
