Twitter has started rolling out a new user design of user profiles. Starting on Tuesday, this new look provides more user informartion and some new features. In fact, it looks like Facebook.
The new web profile lets you use a larger profile photo, customize your header, show off your best Tweets and more. With this new design, tweets that have received more engagement will appear slightly larger, so your best content is easy to find. You can pin one of your Tweets to the top of your page and choose which timeline to view when checking out other profiles.
The new design will be rolled out to a few selected people such as:
- Film stars @zacefron and @channingtatum
- French TV host @nikosaliagas
- Australian Football League @AFL
- First Lady Michelle Obama @flotus
- Brazilian singer, guitarist, and songwriter @gilbertogil
- Boxer @FloydMayweather
- TV star @kerrywashington
- Musicians @JohnLegend and band @weezer
