It all started when the Ugandan President, Yoweri Museveni, decides to stop on the road to make a call.
He was on his way to a public engagement in the south west district of Isingiro when his motorcade stopped and a padded folded seat appeared and he sat down to make a 30 minute phone call. Photos of the president siting in a chair on the side of the road, small table by his side and phone to ear, were posted by his press secretary Nabusayi L. Wamboka.
