Twitter Officially Launches ‘Stickers’ To All

Twitter recently announced a new feature it’ll be adding to its Twitter app called Stickers just a few days ago which is now finally rolling out to everyone.
This Snapchat-like feature will add creativity and excitement to photos shared on the platform by adding emojis and other images to your photos before tweeting them out.

Stickers are actually quite easy to use and at the same time, really fun. Start a new tweet, add a photo, tap the new smiley face button. There’s a list of popular options on categories, along with the option to scroll through Twitter’s library of colourfully images. You can resize it and drag it around the photo. You can also place multiple Stickers on one picture. Here’s the fun part, you can tap on any sticker that appears on your timeline to see a list of tweets that used the same sticker. It’s more of visual hashtag.

Stickers have been around for a while now, with Facebook and Snapchat already offering such features but it’s quite interesting seeing Twitter add such features to its app even though it is late to the game but it’s actually a nice update for its current user base, hopeful this gets to boost the company’s growth.
