Back in the day, Stage-Gate reigned supreme – a structured, linear approach that brought order to the chaos of bringing new ideas to life. But times have changed. The market is faster, hungrier for innovation, and customers demand constant engagement. Enter Agile – a more iterative, customer-centric approach that’s become the darling of the modern product world.
Now, many organizations are looking to make the leap from Stage-Gate to Agile. It’s a tempting proposition, but let me tell you, it’s not just a matter of flipping a switch.
