Elon Musk says he will be unveiling his semi-electric truck at 8PM PT / 11PM ET (16th of November 2017) which is 04:00 Friday, Greenwich Mean Time (GMT). The event will take place in Hawthorne, California.
He indicated the date of the unveiling on Sunday, 12th of November. He had previously scheduled the announcement for October but was forced to delay after the Model 3 production bottlenecks.
Not much is known about the truck but Elon says the vehicle “will blow your mind clear out of your skull and into an alternate dimension.”

There are rumours that the vehicle will be a Class 8 semi prototype and Reuters reports that the truck would have a working range of 200 to 300 miles (320 to 480 km), at the low end of what is considered “long-haul” trucking.
Elon shared a teaser of the truck on his Instagram page.
