Terragon Group, Africa’s leading mobile-focused digital business, recently held an interactive Breakfast Forum in partnership with the Lagos Business School tagged #TheDigiSeries. The event, targeted at Senior Brand, Sales and Marketing Directors from various industry sectors, delivered on its promise of providing the right selling strategies for business growth to participants in today’s super connected digital world.

Guest Speaker at the event, Professor Vincent Onyemah, Marketing Professor at Babson College, United States, excellently delivered time-tested tactics, hammering on how businesses need to constantly deliver value: “To impact on the growth potential of every organization, there is a strong need to understand why people buy from you and in turn translate it into solutions that address their needs, problems and frustrations.”

Elo Umeh, Chief Executive Officer, Terragon Group, speaking at the event, used data and analytics to make a strong case for a key segment of the market which should be the bane of all selling strategies. According to him, “there is no distinction between online & offline for millennials. Businesses should consider this super-connected market segment more critically because by 2020 they will control over $200billion in annual spending.”

The event was attended by several senior participants within the Financial services, FMCG, Technology, industries, among others.
