For the first time, Tecno is claiming to have a smartphone with 6 GB of RAM at a cheap price point.
Tecno stated on Friday that the Spark smartphone series will have a new 6GB RAM cheap handset later this month in India. The phone’s specifications are yet to be released by the manufacturer. According to Tecno, the forthcoming phone would have “flagship-grade” specs and will cost less than $105 when it is released.
Tecno has confirmed to that the forthcoming Spark series handset would be introduced in India this month and will be available for purchase through Amazon. Other characteristics, such as processor, screen resolution, camera, and battery, are yet to be revealed by Tecno for the next smartphone. There is still no word on when Tecno’s latest Spark series smartphone, the 8C, would be released.
Many phones have already been released this year by Tecno. One of them is the new Tecno Pova 5G, which came out on February 8. The phone is the first one made by the company that has 5G connectivity. It has a MediaTek Dimensity 900 SoC under the hood, and it has 8GB of RAM to help it run. The Tecno Pova 5G also has a 50-megapixel triple rear camera set-up, 32 days of standby time, and 183 hours of music playback, says Tecno.
On January 12, January 19, and January 20, the business announced the Tecno Pop 5 LTE, Tecno Pop 5 Pro, and Tecno Pova Neo. The Tecno Pop 5 LTE and Tecno Pop 5 Pro are Android 11 (Go edition) smartphones with 6.52-inch HD+ LCD displays. The Tecno Pova Neo, on the other hand, is powered by a MediaTek Helio G25 SoC and features a 6.8-inch HD+ DotNotch display. The battery in the Tecno Pop 5 LTE is 5,000mAh, whereas the batteries in the Tecno Pop 5 Pro and Tecno Pova Neo are 6,000mAh.
