In a manner now popular with most tech launches, Apple has announced the release of its latest iPhone, the iPhone SE through a press release on its website. It shares many features with the high-end iPhone 11 and 11Pro making it even more desirable at a retail price of $399 in the US.
It will be released into other markets shortly.
” Phil Schiller, Apple’s senior vice president of Worldwide Marketing said, iPhone SE features the industry-leading performance of A13 Bionic that enables great battery life, takes stunning Portrait mode and Smart HDR photos, shoots amazing videos with stereo audio, is great for games and super fast web surfing, and is built with the same industry-leading security features our customers expect. We can’t wait to get iPhone SE into customers’ hands.”
The iPhone SE 2 seem to be the answer to affordable, stylish and trusted brand for many smartphone enthusiasts and it may finally seem like Apple is on track to bite into some of Samsung’s market share in this space. It is worthy of note however that a major feature common among recently released phones is still missing from the iPhone SE – It doesn’t support the 5G Network.
