Stanford Seed, in collaboration with the African Management Institute, is set to offer a comprehensive six-month business growth programme designed for entrepreneurs and their senior leaders across Africa. This initiative aims to equip participants with the necessary skills, tools, and strategies to enhance their business operations and drive sustainable growth.

The Aspire Business Growth Programme is meticulously crafted to provide entrepreneurs with practical knowledge and resources to formalize business structures, stimulate growth, create employment opportunities, attract and retain talent, and diversify revenue streams.

Targeted at African CEOs, founders, and managing directors of small and growing companies with annual revenues ranging from US$30,000 to US$400,000 or more, the programme offers a robust curriculum. Participants will benefit from expert lectures delivered by Stanford Graduate School of Business (GSB) faculty, hands-on growth tools and resources through workshops specifically tailored for African businesses, and access to a pan-African network of like-minded peers. Additionally, outstanding participants will receive pro bono mentorship to further support their business growth journey.

The 2025 cohort of the Aspire Business Growth Programme is scheduled to commence in January 2025. This programme represents a significant opportunity for African entrepreneurs to gain valuable insights and practical strategies to propel their businesses to new heights.
