Spotify has officially launched its video streaming service on Android app, thought it’s been a long time coming since there’s been rumours of Spotify moving into the video streaming business which began last year.
The Video streaming service is only available on Android as of right now, and will later be available for iOS by the end of next week. The first countries to enjoy the service will be the USA, the UK, Germany and Sweden. To access the videos, head to the navigation menu and tap the “Browse” button, you’d see a new section entitled “Shows,” which has both “Video Shows” and “Audio Shows.” From the video shows you’ll find content from ABC, ESPN, NBC, Comedy Central, BBC, MTV, Fusion, Maker Studios, TED, and Vice News.
There’s been no mention if this service will be available to other platforms.
