Last year, there was a report of Naspers thinking of acquiring Ringier One Africe Media (ROAM)’s vertical Classifieds company, Private Property.
Well it has now been been reported that a South African consortium has now acquired the company.
The deal has already been concluded however it is still subject to Competition Commission approval and is expected be finalised by the end of October.
Private Property said the deal was concluded with the assistance of the industry body Real Estate Business Owners of South Africa.
