Apple has revealed plans to launch its latest wearable device Apple Watch in South Africa later this month (October). Specifically, the gadget will become available from October 23 as contained in a media alert from the iStore, which is an official Apple re-seller in South Africa.

The company said that both the Apple Watch Sport and Apple Watch range will be available at launch.

There are 20 iStores across the country and customers can sign up for more information about the local launch of the Apple Watch here.

Unfortunately, the exact pricing for the Apple Watch in South Africa has not been revealed but the Apple Watch range pricing ranges from $549.00 to $1 099.00 in the United States.
