Following the first draw of its Reach for the Skye Millionaire reward scheme held in July at the Bodija market in Ibadan, Oyo State, Skye Bank is set to kick off the second draw of the reward scheme next week in two market locations in Lagos.
In a statement, the bank revealed that the August draw would hold during market activation in Alaba market and BBA Aspamda, simultaneously.
According to the Head, Retail Banking, Skye Bank Plc, Nkolika Okoli, the Reach for the Skye Millionaire reward is part of Skye Bank’s strategy to encourage customers to save.
Okoli said, “At Skye Bank, we encourage our customers to build a savings culture with this scheme. We are rewarding customers for saving their money. In the end, the scheme is a win-win for both our esteemed customers and Skye Bank, because it also helps us to grow our customer base.”
She added that every month, during the monthly draws, three customers would emerge as millionaires, four customers will win N250,000 each, while 10 others will be rewarded with N100,000 each. The qualifying criteria is the same for all category of winners i.e having a minimum of N2000 in their Skye Save Plus account with the bank within that month.
The ‘Skye Reach for Millionaire’ reward scheme will see Skye Bank give away the sum of 60 million naira during the course of the scheme to customers who operate the Skye Save Plus account and maintain minimum credit balances of N2,000. Customers can increase their chances of winning by increasing their deposit in multiples of N2, 000.
