We Are Monsters (WAM), the newly-founded web and mobile development agency, will be entering a partnership with tech investor Silvertree Internet Holdings to help build the next frontier of tech and digital business across Africa. We Are Monsters will be Silvertree’s preferred web and mobile development provider for their portfolio, and will receive growth capital from Silvertree.
We Are Monsters’ founders, Stephan Steynfaardt and Pieter van Reenen, have a combined twenty years of fast-paced development experience in the IT security and digital marketing environment. Now working independently they will continue to specialise in building high-end websites, developing software applications, designing complex brands and products, and mastering the latest technologies. Already, after only three months of business, WAM has acquired Ogilvy and Gorilla Media as clients for a multitude of online commerce projects.
