Samsung has released a new video ad titled “On the fence” mocking Apple for not having a foldable phone and iPhone users having to wait for this.
In the video ad, an iPhone fan is on a fence moving from “Apple” compound to “Samsung” compound. An iPhone user asks the guy on the fence, “Hey, what are you doing up there? You can’t sit on the fence.” The guy on the fence says “but on the Samsung side, they have folding phones and epic cameras.”
A lady on the Apple side joins the conversation saying, “Did you say folding phones?”

It has been a tradition for these two rivals to mock themselves.
Samsung first launched a folding phone in 2019 – the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold and it is in its fourth iteration with the launch in the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 in August 2022.
Meanwhile Apple has not launched any folding smartphone yet but there has been rumours that it is working on one.
