South Africa-based cryptocurrency tech startup SAFCOIN has launched MobiJobs.Africa which is the first blockchain-powered micro-jobs platform in Africa. The digital freelance jobs platform is powered by the SAFCOIN mobile payment wallet, which accepts card, bank, mobile money, and crypto payment.

Freelancers are paid in SAFCOIN cryptocurrency and individuals are not required to have a bank account. Payments that are made to freelancers are free of joining and transaction fees.
