The collaboration aims to reach over 6,000 OmniContact employees, more than 15,000 staff across the Econet Wireless Group, and thousands of aspiring tech professionals across Zimbabwe and the broader African continent.
Under this partnership, RITA Africa will serve as the official training provider, offering a wide range of high-demand technology programs. These include:

OmniContact, leveraging its extensive network within Econet and its customer base, will lead outreach and distribution efforts to ensure widespread access to these upskilling opportunities. Darlington Yeboah Faddams, CEO of RITA Africa, described the collaboration as a pivotal milestone, stating:
This partnership is a defining moment. We are not just training people — we are building a future where African youths are creators of technology, not just consumers.
Otis Tawanda Makahamadze, COO of OmniContact, emphasized the human impact of the initiative:
OmniContact’s mandate is to create meaningful opportunities through innovation and outreach. Partnering with RITA Africa brings that vision to life in a way that will have a lasting impact on lives and livelihoods.
