Heralding a new dawn in the mid-range smartphone space, the latest entrants in the Kenyan markets are promising speed, top performance and affordability at a time when a growing number of smartphone users continue to express insatiable appetite for a phone that combines versatility and convenience.

The launch of realme C12 and realme 7i adds to a portfolio of four other realme smartphones and three AIoT products in Kenya including realme C3, realme C11, realme C15, realme 6, realme Band, Air Neo, and Buds Q.

Embracing top notch features in its camera, storage, security and battery, realme 7i is promising a world of experience to its customers. It comes with a mammoth 500 mAh battery with a 18W fast charge feature which has given it a competitive edge among its peers. The fast charge aspect ensures that a user has more time with the phone compared to letting it charge for hours while agiving them unique ways of saving power.

With 41 hour standby time, the phone gives the user all the time they need to interact with the wide array of features. In one experiment, it was determined that using Whtsapp for about 1.1 hours consumed a paltry five per cent of the battery.

Realme 7i also comes equipped with a powerful 64MP quad-camera guaranteeing clarity and precision of images. The official sale goes live on November 11 till November 30 with the phone retailing at Sh24,999. Customers who will purchase the smartphone will receive Buds Q worth Sh3,999.

Realme C12 comes with a cocktail of features that are set to immerse users in a true smartphone experience. Its 6000mAh mega battery supports reverse charging and is so powerful that it can stay for 57 days on standby before running out of charge.

For gaming enthusiasts, it comes with a Helio G35 Octa-core 64 bits processor that lets the user enjoy gaming without the phone slowing down or restarting. For security purposes, realme C12 comes with a screen-to-body ratio instant fingerprint sensor that allows only the phone user to have access to the phone once authenticated. The phone costs Sh14,999.

The realme C12 6.5-inch 20:9 screen offers a larger field of view, providing an excellent game, audio, and video experience. This allows one to enjoy a wider field of view brought by the large screen and less visual disturbance while giving the user an experience of the near-full screen.
