Zylus Group International, a real estate investment and development company has diversified into agriculture so more families can put food on their tables. The firm is committed to combating hunger which today is one major cause of disquiet in many Nigerian homes.

According to Zylus Group’s authorities, the company’s vision is to focus on mechanized farming, rearing animals, and processing of farm products like livestock and cash crops which can help ensure the sustainability of food consumption locally and meeting the global standards for exportation.

At the launch of Zylus Farm Vest Limited in Lagos on Thursday, Oluwatosin Olatujoye, group managing director said “We believe strongly that this diversification direction will support the continued success of the group in the future and align with the strategic objective of the government to feed its teeming population and end hunger in the country.”

The managing director stated that they ventured into Nigeria’s agribusiness sector to meet the feeding needs of Nigerians because people need food to survive.

He said the new direction was in line with the company’s motto: ‘Bringing affordable food to your table’.

He further stated that the company agreed to the diversification as part of its need for more operational rigor due to the growing economic vulnerabilities in Nigeria and the effect of reforms made by the government.

“This is one of the many diversification moves by the company in recent times following the establishment of subsidiaries with focus on real estate, infrastructure and general construction, property valuation, media, transport, and logistics among others,” he said.

The general managing director requested that investors both locally and internationally support the company’s goal, assuring investors their investment would be secure at every stage.

Zylus Farm Vest Limited, a subsidiary of Zylus Group International aims at providing solutions to the investment and agricultural needs of millions of people around the world willing to invest in agriculture and agro-related products and services for high return on investment.

Zylus Group is a fast growing real estate firm with a corporate culture that speaks professionalism, excellence, integrity, knowledge, and service. It offers top-notch business relationships to partners across its operational subsidiaries.
