Innovation Village featured Pewdiepie as No. 1 in Forbes 2015 World’s Top-Earning YouTube stars list and now he has launched his own network to even get bigger. The name of his network is Revelmode.
For those who do not know, Pewdiepie makes his money playing videogames and sharing the experience on YouTube. His real name is Felix Kjellberg and he has over 40 million people subscribing to his “playing videogames with your bros” channel. Forbes estimates that the YouTube sensation made $12 million last year.
Revelmode is basicially made up of Pewdiepie and a group of likeminded content creators (eight people) coming together to produce original shows and games, sell merchandise, and organize community events and charitable programs focused on social action.
The Swedish Internet star is launching Revelmode in partnership with Disney-owned video network Maker Studios.
