Pesapeer, a digital finance company, has announced it is rebranding. This strategic move is designed to redefine the company’s core identity, placing a renewed emphasis on localising the global money transfer experience for immigrants. In doing so, Pesapeer is preparing to reshape its entire approach, pivoting towards the dynamic future of cross-continental payments.

In an official press release, the company outlined several changes that will accompany this rebranding initiative:

    1. A change in the brand name to Pesa,
    2. The company’s logo, with emphasis on the logo icon – the open door symbolising a borderless, smaller world.
    3. enhanced Mobile App Interface
    4. Pesa comes with a new website,
    5. Small changes in Typography, Style, and Colours

These changes usher in a fresh approach to how the company will deliver its products and services. Pesa emphasises that its platform will now enable effortless transactions, encompassing both sending and receiving money, across more than 50 countries. Furthermore, the introduction of a versatile multi-currency wallet will empower users to efficiently manage multiple currencies, with seamless currency conversion capabilities always at their disposal through Pesa.

The ongoing rebranding effort reaffirms Pesa’s dedication to providing customer-centric, digitally-driven, and globally-oriented payment solutions across three key domains: facilitating frictionless money transfers, simplifying payment processes for students, and streamlining cross-border fund transfers.

The company is expanding its services across continents and opening new growth areas, leveraging its core cross-border assets – including global settlement capabilities, network, compliance, and technology systems – to enable international cross-border payments in minutes.

“While our business has grown over the past few years, it became clear that perceptions of the company have not evolved at the same pace,” Tolu Osho, Co-Founder and CEO of Pesa said in a statement to TechCabal.

“The rebranding marks a new Pesa both inside the company and out, with a hyper-focus on the global audience and the changing payment environment. Pesa’s core values of ease, inclusion, and transparency, along with our clear strategy, will power this transformation as we go to new markets.”

Pesa retains its leading customer experience with its user-friendly interface that allows customers to send money in just a few clicks, transparent and competitive exchange rates, and no fees to Africa, Asia, America, etc. The company ensures that all users can enjoy free transfers, and its exchange rates to various destinations remain highly competitive compared to other providers.
