Thinkroom, in collaboration with The Oracle Group, has announced the launch of the Oracle Innovate Lab, a dynamic new initiative designed to accelerate the growth of early- and growth-stage entrepreneurs in Eswatini. This founder-centric programme is designed to equip local business leaders with the tools, mentorship, and strategic guidance needed to scale their ventures and expand into new markets.
Set to begin in August 2025, the Oracle Innovate Lab will run for six months and offer a comprehensive blend of personalized mentorship, interactive masterclasses, and practical, hands-on sessions. The programme’s hybrid format—combining online learning with in-person engagements—ensures accessibility while fostering accountability and community among participants.
The initiative will focus on nurturing ten high-potential small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), providing them with tailored support to refine their business models, strengthen their market positioning, and prepare for sustainable growth.
“Entrepreneurs in Eswatini are brimming with innovation, resilience, and ambition,” said Catherine Young, founder of Thinkroom. “What they often lack is the structured support system to help them leap to the next level. With the Oracle Innovate Lab, we’re creating an intentional space for growth—where founders can build with purpose, pitch with confidence, and scale with impact.”
Young emphasized the significance of the partnership with Oracle, describing it as a model for meaningful collaboration. “This partnership with Oracle exemplifies what it means to drive real, lasting impact. We’re thrilled to launch our first cohort and begin this journey of transformation with the Oracle Innovate Lab.”
The programme is expected to play a pivotal role in strengthening Eswatini’s entrepreneurial ecosystem, fostering innovation, and unlocking new economic opportunities for local founders.
Applications are open here until July 23.
