Oppo has announced the date for the launch of its next flagship smartphone series, the Oppo Find X3. The launch will be a Livestream event, which will be available on the company’s YouTube channel. at 11:30 a.m. GMT/3:30 a.m. PT on March 11.
The series will include Find X3 Pro and Oppo Find X3. Though not many details have been released by the company, it said that 5G Oppo Find X3 Pro will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 mobile platform. Also, the company said that the Oppo Find X3 Pro will be the company’s first “billion color” phone.
The company also revealed that the screen “delivers excellence across resolution, screen refresh rate and high dynamic range content, bringing users the clearest, most accurate, smooth and comfortable display to date.”
The Oppo Find X2 Pro launched a year ago with a 6.7-inch display, a quad-camera setup, super-fast charging, 5G, and a 120Hz screen refresh rate. The phone cost $1,300.
More on specifications, the Find X3 Pro is expected to come with a 6.7-inch OLED screen with a 120 Hz adaptive refresh rate. In terms of battery, it is likely to be equipped with a 4,500 mAh battery that supports 65 W SuperVOOC fast charging and 30 W AirVOOC wireless charging.
For the camera, Find X3 Pro might feature a quad rear camera that houses a 50 MP primary sensor, a 50 MP ultrawide, a 13 MP telephoto lens, and a 3 MP macro lens.
On the other hand, Oppo Find X3 is expected to be powered by Snapdragon 870 chipset.
