Have you seen Airtel’s new visual ad?
It seems overtly yellow and your first opinion would be “Why would Airtel do an ad that is conspicuously yellow?” Then you see the red hat and the luggages are the ones that are indeed yellow.
Then you realise the mischievousness. Airtel is apparently taking a swipe at MTN. Does it have anything to do with the MTN subscribers that may have not registered their SIMs and have been cut off from the network? Is it saying, no matter what come over, we got you covered?
Well it is for you to interprete and get the message.
All I can say is Airtel 1: MTN 0
