OnePlus debuted its next-generation flagship smartphone, the OnePlus 10 Pro, in China earlier this year. At the time, the device was available in two color options: Volcanic Black and Emerald Forest. Yesterday, OnePlus launched a whole new color version of the OnePlus 10 Pro in China. The OnePlus 10 Pro Extreme Edition is the name given to it by the corporation.
OnePlus 10 Pro Extreme Edition
With an official post on Weibo, OnePlus announced the Panda White Extreme Edition of the OnePlus 10 Pro. This new color scheme features a white ceramic back with a black camera module.
The gadget features an expanded storage capacity of 512GB via UFS 3.1, as well as 12GB of RAM. To refresh your memory, the OnePlus 10 Pro is available in Volcanic Black and Emerald Forest hues and features up to 256GB of storage.
Except for the increased storage and ceramic white back cover, the Panda White OnePlus 10 Pro is identical to the standard variant. That means it features a 6.7-inch QHD+ AMOLED flexible curved display with a 120Hz refresh rate and is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 mobile platform.
The gadget is equipped with a Hasselblad-branded 48MP triple camera array that supports 12-bit RAW images, an upgraded Hasselblad Pro mode, a Fisheye mode, and other camera features. A 5,000mAh battery powers the OnePlus 10 Pro, which supports both wired and wireless charging at 80W and 50W, respectively.
It also has 5G connectivity, two stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos, and an in-display fingerprint scanner, among other features.
Price and Availability
The price of the Panda White Extreme Edition of the OnePlus 10 Pro is a little more than the price of the original phones. It costs CNY 5,799 (about 68,185) for the phone. It also comes with a pair of free earbuds from the Oppo Enco Air store in China if you buy the device before it goes on sale in China.
If you want to buy the Panda White OnePlus 10 Pro, you can pre-order it at the Oppo Store and at online stores like JD.com and TMall in China. This is when the company will start to send out the devices: March 1. However, it is not clear whether or not OnePlus will also launch the OnePlus 10 Pro Extreme Edition in the global markets and India at the same time as the other phones.
