OneDosh Launches in US and Nigeria

    0
By Jessica Adiele on December 22, 2025 Cross-Border Payments

OneDosh has officially launched its cross-border payments platform in the United States and Nigeria, opening its first major payment corridor and marking a key milestone in its ambition to simplify global money movement. The platform is now live across 49 U.S. states, with New York expected to follow, and is available to users in Nigeria.

The launch comes as individuals and businesses increasingly operate across borders, while traditional financial systems remain fragmented, slow, and costly. OneDosh is positioning itself as a modern alternative, built to support real-time, borderless transactions that reflect today’s global work and commerce patterns.

Powered by asset-backed stablecoin technology, OneDosh enables users to send, receive, spend, and convert funds across borders within seconds. The platform offers real-time foreign exchange rates, reducing the opacity and delays often associated with international bank transfers. By leveraging digital-native infrastructure, OneDosh aims to eliminate many of the inefficiencies that have historically defined cross-border payments.

The service is designed for freelancers, professionals, and businesses operating internationally, offering features such as global USD card access, Apple Pay and Google Pay integration, and 24/7 AI-powered customer support. These tools allow users to manage international payments, subscriptions, and everyday spending without relying on traditional banking intermediaries.

Beyond speed and convenience, OneDosh emphasizes compliance and security. The platform incorporates enterprise-grade regulatory standards, including robust know-your-customer (KYC) processes and transparent security frameworks, positioning itself as a compliant and trusted player in an increasingly regulated digital payments landscape.

According to the company, the US–Nigeria corridor represents only the first phase of its expansion strategy. OneDosh plans to roll out services across Sub-Saharan Africa, North America, Europe, Asia, and other regions, with the goal of making international money movement as simple as sending a message.

As digital payments, remote work, and cross-border commerce continue to grow, platforms like OneDosh highlight how stablecoin-powered infrastructure is reshaping global finance. By focusing on speed, transparency, and global usability, the company is betting that the future of payments will be built on systems designed for borderless participation rather than country-by-country limitations.
