The organizers of the Africa Fintech Summit (AFTS) have officially opened the call for nominations for the 2024 iteration of the Excellence in Fintech Awards.
Since its inception in 2018, the Africa Fintech Summit has established itself as a premier event focused on the fintech sector within the African continent. The summit is traditionally held in Washington, D.C. every April, coinciding with the annual meeting week of the World Bank and the International Finance Corporation (IFC). Additionally, it convenes in a different African city each November.
Marking its 12th edition, this year’s summit is scheduled to be held in Nairobi, Kenya, from the 4th to the 6th of September. The event will also host the prestigious Excellence in Fintech Awards ceremony, celebrating outstanding achievements in the African fintech landscape.
