Newgen Software, a leading global provider of Business Process Management, Enterprise Content Management, and Customer Communication Management solutions, today announced the successful implementation of its e-Gov suite at Office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (OSGF), Nigeria. The implementation was part of Galaxy Backbone’s “1-Gov.net” initiative to build a common Information and Communication Technology (ICT) platform for all Ministries, Departments and Agencies of the Federal Government.
