WhatsApp is adding a new feature to make it easier for users to pin three chats at the top of their conversion list. This is currently available in the beta version of its app.
With this, users will find it easier to access important chats instead of pushing down to the bottom.
To pin a chat, you need to long press an individual chat that will activate top bar menu with pin option. Select pin and your favourite chat will be pinned at the top. You can unpin the chats by following the same procedure.
The Facebook-owned app is one of the world’s most popular apps with 1.2 billion monthly active users as at January 2017.
