Organisers of the Nigeria Technology Awards 2015 have announced new categories for this year’s edition.
They said: “Due to the overwhelming request from several organizations and individuals suggesting the addition of new categories in this year’s award. The award committee has agreed to add the categories.”
The new categories are

- Best Taxi Booking App Of the Year, 2015
- Best Use of Technology Vehicle Assembly/Manufacturing, 2015
TECHNOLOGY BUSINESS
- Emerging E-Payments Start-Up Company of the Year, 2015
- Mobile Marketing & Advertising Agency of the Year, 2015
GOVERNMENT
- Technology Project of the Year Government Agency, 2015
- Best Use of Social Media Government Agency, 2015
