    MTN South Africa unveils Skillsbox Made4U career portal

    MTN South Africa is set to empower job-seekers with the introduction of its Skillsbox Made4U career portal. The telecom company notes that a staggering 7.9 million individuals, which accounts for 32.6% of the South African populace, are currently without employment.

    Skillsbox is designed as a comprehensive toolkit, encompassing a website and a mobile app, aimed at supporting job-seekers on their path to employment.

    The portal offers a range of resources to assist in creating professional resumes and cover letters, honing interview techniques, and developing personal branding, with guidance provided by experienced recruiters and reputable organizations, according to MTN.

    Tebogo Maenetja, MTN SA’s chief human resources officer, highlighted the success of the Made4U Squad initiatives in enhancing the confidence and abilities of job-seekers through personalized support.

    MTN South Africa is dedicated to extending the knowledge and expertise that have proven essential for job-seekers through its career portal, aiming to furnish those struggling to find employment with the necessary skills to thrive.

    Tebogo Maenetja, the company’s chief human resources officer, emphasizes the profound effect that personalized coaching has had, as evidenced by the Made4U Squad Experiences. MTN is now expanding these efforts to make a significant difference by aiming to reach a broader audience of job-seekers to support their career goals.

    Maenetja also stresses that MTN’s commitment goes beyond the current campaign.
