Microsoft today released Outlook app for iOS and Android devices. This new app is quite different from Microsoft’s Outlook Web App for Android – it’s a much more functional and well-designed solution for those who can’t live without their Outlook email client.
It offers one unified view of your email, calendar, contacts, and attachments. It also automatically surfaces your most important messages across all your email accounts.
The app allows you to easily, swipe to quickly delete, archive, and schedule messages, as well as send large files.
With this move, Microsoft is aiming to get users, especially business customers, to upgrade to Office 365, a subscription service but the good news is, the Outlook app is free to use and is available on both phones and tablets.
