Microsoft revealed it will bring its Windows Phone Word Flow keyboard to iOS back in January and a new sign up page was made available to beta testers so they’d be able to access the keyboard soon. Personally, the Windows Phone keyboard has always been my favourite keyboard so far and Microsoft claims the iOS version will also receive its awesome word predictive feature and also its swipe feature.
You’ll also be able to customize keyboard backgrounds with your own image, and there’s even a one-handed mode. The one-handed mode actually made headlines because of how different it is from most keyboards out there. It allows users swipe and tap out words by moving the keyboard to the side in an arc shape.
Just Last week, the software giant released a hub keyboard which was first made available on Android before it arrived on iOS. The hub keyboard let users access files on your one-drive account with any third party sources and also contacts directly from the keyboard.
If you’re interested in testing out the Word Flow Keyboard for iOS, you can sign up for the beta app at the company’s Garage site.
