Facebook founder, Mark Zuckerberg, will be a guest speaker at an economic summit in the oil-rich Niger Delta region of Nigeria. This was disclosed by the chairman of the Niger Delta Young Professionals, Moses Siasia, who said the event will take place on May 28 and 29 in Uyo, Akwa Ibom state capital.
The event, he said, is aimed at promoting entrepreneurship as well as tackling economic challenges in the oil rich region. This will be Zuckerberg’s first vist to Nigeria, as Facebook turns a new page in their existence with Facebook Home and other innovations.
