Lunecase launches iPhone casing with glowing notifications.

Innovation is becoming more interesting by the day as tech companies come out with new ways of making the smartphone experience a satisfying one. Unlike many other smartphones, Apple’s iPhone doesn’t have an LED indicator for alerting you to incoming notifications. Obviously, that hasn’t hurt iPhone sales, but wouldn’t it be nice to know when you you have a message without the full iPhone display lighting up?

Lunecase, a maker of casings for iPhones has introduced a casing that glows when a notification for calls and messages comes in. It is able to harness the electromagnetic energy of the iPhone to show notifications for calls and messages. The case does not have any battery of its own and does not connect to the iPhone via its Lightning port, but it will detect incoming calls and texts by recognizing their respective wavelengths. By wirelessly picking up the energy it needs, it is able to then convert it into the energy required to display visual notifications. The Lunecase uses innovative eco-friendly technology that utilizes the smartphone’s electromagnetic energy and uses it to power the case’s electronics.

The case knows and identifies when you receive a message or a phone call before it is even displayed with the help of LEDs on the iPhone’s screen. The notifications are shown on the back of your smartphone with the use of free energy that is emitted by the device.

As smartphone technology advances, accessories like this prove that even small enhancements can make a big impact on daily device interactions. For those looking to enhance both functionality and style, exploring custom phone cases is an excellent option. The case24.com Australian page offers a wide range of personalized cases that allow users to protect their devices while showcasing unique designs. Whether it’s a sleek, minimalistic cover or a more vibrant, customized look, having a case that reflects individual style can elevate the smartphone experience. With a variety of materials, textures, and prints available, users can find the perfect blend of durability and aesthetics, ensuring their phone remains both secure and stylish.

The suggested retail price of the Lunecase will be $50 if the Kickstarter project gets funded. The Lunecase is currently raising money on Kickstarter, and requires $50,000 to enter production. Interested buyers can contribute anywhere from $5 to $3,000 to this project, although they’ll have to pay at least $29 to get the intelligent case . The project is aiming for an August delivery date for the first run of Lunecases.
