Lizzie’s Creations has launched a new app, Teseem – First words – designed to teach toddlers (aged 1 to 5) their first words. It’s perfect for teaching your kids and it’s intuitive so they can also play and learn on their own.
Teesem – First Words is full of exciting educative animation that kids can activate just by touching the screen. In addition to learning their first words in English, Kids can learn African languages and culture right from the start, from their very first words.
According to the founder, Elizabeth Kperrun Eremie, Teseem is derived from Tiv ( a native language in Nigeria) and means “Teach Me”. Nigerian toddlers will be learning the first words in English, Hausa, Ibo and Yoruba. She says that more Nigerian and African languages will be incorporated soon.
Teseem – First words is currently available for Android and will be on IOS soon.
Lizzie’s Creations create apps targeted at the entertainment and education of African kids. One of their most successful apps is Afrotalez, which is about teaching and passing on traditional African Folktales in a fun, entertaining and interactive way.
